The latest from us

Obama’s First Year!
Dear Fellow Democrats,

Today is the first anniversary of Barack Obama’s election as President.

It was the most exciting day of my political life. I think we need a poet to capture what happened. As a friend of mine said, “50 million white Americans voted for a African-American man named Barack who had a Muslim father”. Awesome.

Healthcare reform and overseas Americans
The U.S. Senate Finance Committee passed the $829 billion America's Healthy Future Act this week, voting to send the bill to the Senate floor for a full debate. However, the bill still contains language which would cause great hardship on American citizens living outside the US.

Join our Constituency and Issue Groups!
As part of our efforts to support the President and his agenda, we are excited to announce the addition of Constituency and Issue Groups to the DA International website at .
